Baby Aadam

It never ceases to amaze me of how beautiful a new life can be. This past week, I was honored to take portraits of this adorable newborn with his beautiful parents. His tiny hands, feet and face reminded me so much of my own kids. A life with a newborn is definitely not easy. Sleepless nights, frequent feeding and changing, etc. During the second half of the shoot, as I struggled to position Aadam for a belly down pose, the father quickly volunteered to hold up the heater closer and let the warm air blow directly on the baby to keep him calm and stay in position. He was happy to share his secret weapon that he recently discovered after many times of diaper changing routine. Sure enough, it worked like a charm!

A new baby is like the beginning of all things. As we celebrate for a new life and a new beginning, I am excited for this couple as they embark their new adventure together as new parents.
